My professional experiences is in the field of corporate strategy, planning and controlling, human resources management, organization development and talent management.
Organization and people are the key elements in all fields of my experiences. In my journey of 30 years, I was exploring the ultimate reason for a company’s existence.
Even though I am still on this journey I have become certain of one thing. That is “To make people happy” is surely one of the fundamental answers for why a company should exists.
I want more and more people to feel happy in their workplace.
This wish is the cornerstone of INGENUITY.
Keisuke Otani
Worked in German based pharmaceutical companies over 30 years: 10 years as Strategic Planning and Controlling, 20 years as the head of Human Resources Division, a member of the global human resources committee, Talent management Asia senior project manager.
Prepared and implemented various innovative systems and programs for Human Resources Management, Organization Development and Talent Management.
Made key contributions to the “Human Resources Development Award” (one of 3 companies in Japan) received in 2009 and the “Best Place to Work Award” received in 2010.
